If Lana Turner and Lauren Bacall had a love child it would give you the flawless 24-year-old Lana Del Rey – or as she likes to be called the “gangsta Nancy Sinatra”. Lana went from YouTube star to Interscope record deal holder in the matter of two weeks. Her hit song “Video Games” which generated more than 2 million views on youtube was named “Best New Track” by Pitchfork Media. Sound familiar? We used the song in our Spring 2012 runway show which the lovely Lana Del Rey attended. Not only is Lana an amazing singer but the girl also has some serious style, we would describe it as an intelligent glamour for the YouTube generation.
