The 2023 Met Gala took place on May 1st with its theme "In Honor of Karl" celebrating Karl Lagerfeld's catalogue of work as the creative director for some of the biggest names in the fashion industry.
Prabal Gurung dressed multiple muses for the event, including Alia Bhatt, Anok Yai, Isha Ambani, Kelsey Asbille, Quannah Chasinghorse, Quinta Brunson, Rita Ora, and Taika Waititi.

Quannah: Iridescent pale pink and pale blue hand embroidered sequins in house-signature cut-out bodice with extreme drop waist and house signature hand-beaded corded trim criss-cross strap ball gown with multiple layers of silk tulle skirt in varying shades of pink
Quinta: Dusty pink duchess satin column gown hand-embroidered with bursts of multiple crystals and an overlay of black silk tulle with camilia flower and hand draped duchess satin and a silk tulle train
Rita: Black silk tulle corseted gown draped with hand pleated silk chiffon and cascading chiffon skirt with multiple hand embroidered silk organza and satin flowers
